Warranty & Inspection Policy

All products must be carefully inspected within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.

Any claim involving damage, defects, missing parts, or incorrect items must be submitted within this seven-day inspection period. Claims made more than seven days after delivery will not be eligible for warranty coverage, replacement, return, or refund.

Customers are responsible for inspecting the product and confirming that it is correct, complete, undamaged, and suitable for the intended vehicle before installation.

Products must not be installed if any damage, defect, fitment issue, or missing component is discovered. Please contact us before proceeding with installation.

Once a product has been installed on a vehicle, it is considered accepted by the customer and is no longer eligible for warranty coverage, return, replacement, or refund.

By purchasing and installing our products, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Warranty & Inspection Policy.

These are the paddle-hardware options for a compatible JQ Werks Madtrace GEN2 racing steering-wheel system. Select Clubsport single, Podium single or Podium dual hardware. They are not the same product as replacement magnetic shifters for a retained factory steering wheel.

Paddle layout and design

  • The manufacturer describes machined 6061-T6 aluminum paddle-system components.
  • Clubsport uses its specified single-paddle hardware.
  • Podium single and dual variants are separate choices; dual Podium hardware provides four programmable paddle inputs.
  • Supported assignments depend on the vehicle and control module; programmable input does not guarantee a specific vehicle function.

Compatibility checks

Confirm GEN2 line, existing paddle attachment and the matching ENP finish-kit configuration. Single and dual systems must be ordered for the intended setup, rather than mixed. An MT build can use supported programmable paddle inputs without being an automatic-transmission conversion.
