Refund policy

For returns or exchanges, please reach out via email (sales@ridgelinemotorsport.com) or through our Instagram DM (@Ridgeline_motorsport). Please provide 24-48 hours to review and respond to the request.

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as it was received.

Please be aware that any alterations made to the contents of your order, such as: installation, drilling, using adhesive materials, or causing dings/scratches, will make the return ineligible, even in the case of a defective part. We recommend all our products be installed by experienced professionals and DIY attempts will not justify enough information for a return. Should you anticipate any difficulties during installation, please reach out to us before making any modifications.

After approval, we require active tracking information be provided within 10 business days. Anytime after that will void the return and the order will no longer be eligible.

Upon receiving the returned order, our team will conduct a thorough inspection before processing a refund or exchange. Once approved, refunds or exchanges will be processed, typically taking several business days. 

A restocking fee of  15% will be applied to non-defective item refunds. ONLY orders cancelled before being shipped out qualify for a full refund.

Please take note that shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer, regardless of the reason for the return. By making a purchase, you agree to our terms and conditions, which include our return and exchange policy.
