WARRANTY POLICY

Warranty & Inspection Policy

All products must be carefully inspected within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.

Any claim involving damage, defects, missing parts, or incorrect items must be submitted within this seven-day inspection period. Claims made more than seven days after delivery will not be eligible for warranty coverage, replacement, return, or refund.

Customers are responsible for inspecting the product and confirming that it is correct, complete, undamaged, and suitable for the intended vehicle before installation.

Products must not be installed if any damage, defect, fitment issue, or missing component is discovered. Please contact us before proceeding with installation.

Once a product has been installed on a vehicle, it is considered accepted by the customer and is no longer eligible for warranty coverage, return, replacement, or refund.

By purchasing and installing our products, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Warranty & Inspection Policy.

The Sparco Prime RF-10W Supercarbon is the FIA 8860-2018 choice in this helmet selection. Carbon construction, fitted FHR posts and serviceable interior pads support a competition cockpit where the required approval comes before cosmetic finish.

Selection and Installation

Compare the FIA 8860 specification with the requirements of your series before choosing it over an SA2025 model. Check the helmet with your balaclava, eyewear and head restraint. Interior color is a separate selection from the exterior shell finish.

Product FAQs

Does the Prime approval automatically match every racing series?
Check the rules of the event or series against FIA 8860-2018 and the helmet label. The model’s approval is specific; it should not be replaced by the SA2025 designation used on another helmet.
Are FHR posts already fitted to Prime RF-10W?
Yes. Sparco lists factory-installed FHR posts. A compatible head-and-neck restraint is a separate item; fitted posts do not mean the restraint itself is included.
Can I remove the Prime RF-10W lining for cleaning?
The fire-retardant lining can be removed, washed and repositioned. Check fit again after refitting it, particularly at the cheeks and crown.
Is a drink system included with the helmet?
The helmet has provision for an optional drink system. The hydration equipment is a separate configuration, rather than an included accessory.
