The Ridgeline Motorsport Swan Neck Rear Wing is a lightweight, motorsport-focused aerodynamic upgrade developed for the Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 and GT4 RS platforms.
Constructed from pre-preg dry carbon fiber, the system combines a high-downforce wing profile with six adjustable angle-of-attack settings ranging from -2.5° to 15°. This allows the rear aerodynamic balance to be configured for different vehicle setups, track conditions, and driver preferences.
The top-mounted swan-neck configuration keeps the aerodynamically critical underside of the wing unobstructed. Compared with conventional bottom-mounted supports, this arrangement promotes cleaner, more consistent airflow across the lower surface of the wing, helping maintain airflow velocity, reduce mounting-related turbulence, and generate a stronger pressure differential across the airfoil.
Aerodynamic reference data for this wing profile indicates that it can generate up to approximately 472 lbs of rear downforce at 125 mph in the 15° setting. Swan Neck Wing
The Ridgeline Motorsport Swan Neck Wing uses top-mounted uprights to preserve cleaner airflow across the underside of the airfoil—the surface most sensitive to mounting interference.
By minimizing obstructions beneath the wing, the swan-neck arrangement helps reduce localized turbulence and flow separation around the mounting points. This supports more consistent pressure distribution across the wing and improves aerodynamic efficiency throughout its adjustable operating range.
