Warranty & Inspection Policy
All products must be carefully inspected within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.
Any claim involving damage, defects, missing parts, or incorrect items must be submitted within this seven-day inspection period. Claims made more than seven days after delivery will not be eligible for warranty coverage, replacement, return, or refund.
Customers are responsible for inspecting the product and confirming that it is correct, complete, undamaged, and suitable for the intended vehicle before installation.
Products must not be installed if any damage, defect, fitment issue, or missing component is discovered. Please contact us before proceeding with installation.
Once a product has been installed on a vehicle, it is considered accepted by the customer and is no longer eligible for warranty coverage, return, replacement, or refund.
By purchasing and installing our products, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Warranty & Inspection Policy.
This Formula complete-kit add-on is the component selected when a compatible GEN2 Formula configuration is changed from Control Hub Unit Only to Full Complete Kit. It is listed separately for the system configuration and must be matched to the Formula application you are building.
What this listing represents
- A complete-kit add-on used alongside the selected Formula control-unit product.
- Not a complete Formula racing steering-wheel system by itself.
- Confirm the application and supplied components against your existing Madtrace installation before ordering separately.
Questions before you order
Is this the Formula wheel at a lower price?
No. It is the add-on line item in a complete-kit configuration. The Formula control-unit product and selected kit component are combined in the order total.
Should I buy it for a new installation?
Start with the correct Formula system application and select Full Complete Kit. If you already own a Podium setup, confirm which components can be retained before buying this add-on separately.
