Products must not be installed if any damage, defect, fitment issue, or missing component is discovered. Please contact us before proceeding with installation.

Once a product has been installed on a vehicle, it is considered accepted by the customer and is no longer eligible for warranty coverage, return, replacement, or refund.

Pre-Preg Carbon Fiber Construction

The AlpineX Dynamics MP Style Front Ducts are manufactured from pre-impregnated carbon fiber fabric that is cured under controlled heat and pressure.

Unlike traditional wet carbon construction, the pre-preg manufacturing process provides more consistent resin distribution throughout the carbon material. This results in a lighter and more rigid component with a cleaner weave pattern, smoother surface, and reduced risk of common imperfections such as air bubbles, waviness, and excess resin.

The finished ducts deliver the premium appearance and structural quality expected from a modern pre-preg dry carbon fiber exterior component.

Construction & Design

Precise 3D scanning data is used to capture the factory G8X front bumper geometry. CNC-machined metal molds then help produce consistent contours, dimensions, and surface quality across each component.

The sculpted duct design follows the original bumper openings to create a clean and integrated installation. Once fitted, the visible carbon fiber adds greater contrast to the front fascia while complementing other AlpineX Dynamics carbon fiber exterior upgrades.

Installation

Front bumper removal may be required depending on the installation method. Test fitting both ducts is required before final installation. Factory clips, automotive-grade adhesive, or additional mounting materials may need to be transferred or sourced separately.
